We are delighted to share the launch of our Litigation Intelligence Tool (LIT), a one-of-a-kind diagnostic tool that enables you to assess your litigation risk and readiness.

The threat of litigation is coming into sharp relief for many global organizations, as they manage new and heightened operating risks. These issues have only been accelerated by COVID-19 and related disruptions.

Our tool will help analyze your readiness to face the inevitable dispute and quickly identify gaps in preparedness, along with proposed actions aimed at strengthening your litigation response. We have also created a report (Litigation Intelligence: Ready for Anything?) which offers insights into key risks and practical steps leaders can take to effect change.

Click here to access the tool and report.
