Qualified in Hong Kong, Jerald focuses on complex litigations and arbitrations. Before joining Baker McKenzie, he worked in the projects and construction team of another international law firm. With over ten years of experience in contentious matters, Jerald has advised client on numerous complex and high-stakes cross-border litigations and arbitrations involving commercial, construction, IP, M&A, TMT, JV and shareholders disputes.
