Jarrod’s practice focuses on technology and commercial contracts (including drafting and negotiating master services agreements), product counselling and advising on current and emerging technology regulatory issues spanning data protection, cyber security, consumer law, digital media and content, intellectual property and artificial intelligence. He has recently advised leading international technology, communications and media companies on cross-border product launches, commercial contracting and regulatory issues and also has prior litigation experience in multiple jurisdictions including Australia and Malaysia.
