Michiel Mulder is an associate within Amsterdam Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Michiel studied at the Leiden University where he obtained his master's degree in corporate law. Michiel focuses his practice on general commercial and corporate litigations, which include director's liability and shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, tort law disputes, corporate governance and proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.
